Walt Whitman once wrote: ‘These are the days that must happen to you.’ These are the days that must happen to us. All of us. Our lostness is a gift. It is a bridge that connects us to others. None of us start out where we want to be in life. Maybe we will never get there.
Wales is a beautiful country, and I want to represent it through my writing. I must become a better Welsh citizen.
...I want something more. I need a good job. Something interesting, something meaningful.
My ability to write a poem has vanished. I don't know where. I don't know how. All I know is that I haven't been satisfied with my recent attempts.
